It was a pleasure to work with Peggy. I have purchased a few homes in the past but, this was my first time selling. I was introduced to Peggy about six months before I was ready to list my property and Peggy took the time to discuss the process, my options and she offered up suggestions as to when the best time to list would be. Within the first month of meeting Peggy, she came out to the property and conducted a property valueation. She said that she would redo the valueation once I was ready to list and that this was a a way for us to get a good idea of what the best selling price would be. A two months before I was going to list my property, the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic hit and the entire country went on lockdown. During the lockdown, Peggy was extremely helpful. She let me know about all of the changes that were taking place within the real estate industry and she was always willing to take a call or respond to an email or text message in a timly manner. Once the lockdown ended and the restrictions were lifted in late May 2020, Peggy jumped into action. She scheduled an open house and marketed the property to get as many showings as possible. I told her that I really wanted/needed to get the property sold by the end of July since the tenant's lease was ending and I couldn't easly afford to pay the motgage while it was empty. Low and behold, we got an offer accepted before the end of July and closed in the begining on August 2020!!! Peggy was AMAZING. The closing happened extremely fast and Peggy was on top of everything.
